该装(zhuang)备(bei)知(zhi)足(zu)《电(dian)梯型(xing)式实验(yan)细(xi)则(ze)》的《附(fu)件Q 门(men)锁(suo)型(xing)式实验(yan)细(xi)则(ze)(2012稿)》及GB7588-2003《电(dian)梯制作与装(zhuang)配宁(ning)静标准》附(fu)录F1/EN81-1《Satety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts》附(fu)录1中门(men)锁(suo)实验(yan)的请(qing)求(qiu),用于电(dian)梯门(men)锁(suo)的静态拉力实验(yan)。

仪器的功效与用处

装备(bei)接(jie)(jie)纳伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)驱动(dong),样品牢固在摹拟(ni)层(ceng)门上,伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)驱动(dong)丝杆对摹拟(ni)层(ceng)门施加横向拉(la)力(li),传感(gan)器检测拉(la)力(li)数值(zhi)并经由(you)过程节制器传输(shu)给电(dian)脑,电(dian)脑按照(zhao)设定(ding)的时候慢(man)慢(man)将拉(la)力(li)施加至设定(ding)值(zhi)。装备(bei)经由(you)过程电(dian)脑能(neng)够设定(ding)加力(li)速率、最大拉(la)力(li)值(zhi)等参(can)数装备(bei)可停止机(ji)器经久实(shi)(shi)验、电(dian)气经久实(shi)(shi)验、对交(jiao)换电(dian)路(lu)(lu)接(jie)(jie)通和(he)分断才(cai)能(neng)实(shi)(shi)验、对直流电(dian)路(lu)(lu)接(jie)(jie)通和(he)分断才(cai)能(neng)实(shi)(shi)验

仪器的特色

1、三维可调(diao)任务台:调(diao)理夹(jia)具地位(wei)便(bian)(bian)利(li),不用(yong)拆(chai)开夹(jia)    具便(bian)(bian)可便(bian)(bian)利(li)停(ting)止(zhi)地位(wei)切(qie)(qie)确(que)(que)调(diao)理。                                                                                   2、接纳(na)伺服(fu)机电(dian)驱(qu)动(dong):切(qie)(qie)确(que)(que)节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)任务台肇端地位(wei)、挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)隔,伺服(fu)机电(dian)有一组(zu)监测(ce)体(ti)(ti)系以(yi)后(hou)地位(wei)的编码器,该挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)装(zhuang)配为一个闭环体(ti)(ti)系,将任务台地位(wei)节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在设(she)定地位(wei)上。只要在电(dian)脑上设(she)定实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)隔、挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)速率参数(shu)(shu)便(bian)(bian)可。伺服(fu)机电(dian)的节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接纳(na)数(shu)(shu)控节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)隔、速率等(deng)(deng)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu)节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)切(qie)(qie)确(que)(que)靠得住。                                                                                                       3、直流(liu)负载(zai)接纳(na)电(dian)子负载(zai):可停(ting)止(zhi)电(dian)压电(dian)流(liu)调(diao)理,节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精度高(gao)。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)体(ti)(ti)系接纳(na)PC+PLC布局:PC实(shi)(shi)现实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu)设(she)定(挪(nuo)(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)间(jian)隔、速率实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)次数(shu)(shu)等(deng)(deng))、保(bao)(bao)管实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)(ju)及天生(sheng)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)报告等(deng)(deng)功(gong)效(xiao)。PLC可保(bao)(bao)管以(yi)后(hou)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)参数(shu)(shu),具备(bei)非一般停(ting)机数(shu)(shu)据(ju)(ju)保(bao)(bao)管功(gong)效(xiao),避免(mian)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)(ju)丧失。PLC自力节(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)装(zhuang)备(bei)运(yun)转(zhuan),PC设(she)定参数(shu)(shu)并传递(di)给PLC后(hou),PC可0加入运(yun)转(zhuan),由(you)PLC自力实(shi)(shi)现经(jing)久(jiu)性实(shi)(shi)验(yan)(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装(zhuang)备布局:由层门(men)架、门(men)扇、门(men)锁装(zhuang)配夹具(ju)板(ban)、拉(la)力驱(qu)动体(ti)系(xi)(xi)(伺(si)服机(ji)电(dian)+丝杆(gan))、拉(la)力传(chuan)感器和电(dian)脑节制体(ti)系(xi)(xi)等构成测试(shi)体(ti)系(xi)(xi)带RS232接口,能(neng)显现力-位(wei)移、力-时候、位(wei)移-时候实验曲线(xian)。                                              装(zhuang)备支流PC机(ji)及打(da)印机(ji),可主(zhu)动打(da)印力-位(wei)移、力-时候、位(wei)移-时候实验曲线(xian)。形(xing)状(zhuang)尺寸(长×宽(kuan)×高)1900×700×2200(mm)。
